  • I have a really heavy flow, will this work for me?

    Absolutely, no one does heavy flows like Flo. 💪🩸

    Our Period Pants hold up to 4 regular tampons worth of flow. For heavier days we recommend changing your Pants once or twice if *very* heavy. If you have the odd blood clot during your heavier days, simply wipe this with a tissue and carry on your day. All our plant-powered products contain no added chlorine bleach, artificial dyes or fragrances.🌱 No drama. No bad vibes. Just "bloody brilliant" protection you can trust.

  • How do I use Period Pants?

    Flo(w). Wash. Rinse. Repeat. 🩸 Simply pop your Pants on, wear them all day. Take them off. Rinse in the sink. Pop into the wash with other dark items and air dry. Repeat again and again! You don't need to wear anything else with your Period Pants.

  • Why does Flo say "people with periods"?

    At Here We Flo, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and welcomed, especially when it comes to their bodies. That’s why we use gender-inclusive language across our site and packaging. Not everyone who menstruates identifies as a woman, and not everyone who identifies as a woman menstruates. Our mission is to create products that support everybody with a body, and language is a big part of that. 💕

  • Why don't you say "sanitary product"?

    Language matters. Periods aren't dirty so why would you need a sanitary product?! The current language surrounding periods still suggests our body's natural process is dirty or un-clean. At Flo we believe in changing the narrative, so use words like period pads, instead of "sanitary towels," as well as period care instead of "feminine hygiene". Babe, your vag*na is a self-cleaning oven, don't let nobody tell you different!
