  • Which Sensitive Bladder product is right for me?

    We suggest using the Flo Sensitive Bladder Liners if you’re struggling with very light leaks and incontinence as these will hold up to 15ml of wee 🥰

    For medium support, we recommend the Flo SB Regular Pads (150ml) and Flo SB Long Pad (200ml) or Long Plus (250ml) + their 3D leak barriers and charcoal core keep everything in your pants + elimiate any odour to give you peace of mind 💛

    Unfortunatly though, if you suffer more than just light/medium incontinance then these pads aren't suitble but please do get in touch with us if you have any further questions, we are always here to support you 💛

  • What is a sensitive bladder?

    A sensitive bladder (also known as light bladder leaks or stress incontinence) is when your bladder decides to go rogue and leak a little - often when you laugh, sneeze, jump, or even when you are just hanging out. It’s super common (hello, 1 in 3 women will have a weak pelvic floor at some point), totally natural, and nothing to be embarrassed about. Whether it’s postpartum, exercise-related, or just a weak pelvic floor, we’ve got your back (and front) with super soft, odour neutralising leak-proof protection you can trust. 💛

  • Can I use these for my period?

    Great question! Our Flo Sensitive Bladder pads are great for absorbing liquid so you can definitely use them if you are caught short. But we have an amazing range of period pads designed specifically for absorbing blood not pee which you should definitely check out. Our most absorbing pad is our Long Plus which will hold up to 250ml of liquid. If you have any more questions about whats right for you, please drop us a message!

  • Are your products plastic free?

    So here’s the vibes:
    Our sensitive bladder pads + liners are made with sustainably sourced, cerified organic bamboo and made without chlorine bleach, artificial dyes or fragrances. Yes, we do use a small amount of plastic (like super absorbent polymers) inside to make sure they don’t leak—even for heavy flow babes. We’re actively working on bio-based alternatives, but until they’re up to our leak-proof standards, we’re not about to leave you soggy. 🙅‍♀️


    When it comes to our packaging, everything comes in a recyclable cardboard box, and our wrappers are made from plant-based biofilms that you can pop in your home compost bin. 🌍

  • Why don't you say "sanitary product"?

    Language matters. Periods aren't dirty so why would you need a sanitary product?! The current language surrounding periods still suggests our body's natural process is dirty or un-clean. At Flo we believe in changing the narrative, so use words like sensitive bladder pads, instead of "incontience pads" as well as sensitive bladder care instead of "feminine hygiene". Babe, your vag*na deserves better. It is a self-cleaning oven, don't let nobody tell you different!
