  1. The competition is open to all aged 16 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The competition is free to enter. 
  3. To enter the entrant must sign up to the Here We Flo mailer. 
  4. The opening date for entries is 12am on 12/8/24. The competition will close at 12am on 21/8/24. 
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, platform or server failure of any kind.
  6. The winner will be selected by correct submission of this form. 
  7. The winner will receive the prize of 2x VIP tickets to Sundown Festival 2024 and the Ultimate Flo Babe Bundle: 2x Flo Reusable Period Pants, Flo Eco-Applicator Tampons, Flo Day + Night Pads Combo Pack, Flo Bamboo Liners, Flo Ultra-Long Pads.
  8. The prize of 2x VIP tickets to Sundown Festival 2024 means 2 General Camping tickets plus VIP area access wristbands. 
  9. The prize does not include travel or accommodation for Sundown Festival.
  10. The winner will be notified by email response from hiya@hereweflo.co on Wednesday 21st August. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited to another person.
  11. The prize of the Ultimate Flo Bundle will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of being notified of their win.
  12. The prize of 2x VIP tickets to Sundown Festival 2024 will be sent to the winner by email as E-tickets within 10 days of being notified of their win.
  13. If the winner of the prize wishes to gift the 2 x VIP tickets to a friend or family member, they can do so by emailing hiya@hereweflo.co within 10 days of winning the competition, with full details of who they would like to transfer the tickets to. 
  14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  17. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to hiya@hereweflo.co within 10 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
  18. Only persons aged 16 or over are permitted to enter the Event. Anyone aged 16+ must provide ID and may enter the festival unaccompanied. We do not accept any parental or guardian duty for any person attending the Event and we strongly advise that persons aged 17 or below obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before attending the Event.
  19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  22. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
  23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers including the Supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
  24. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
