Flo x Boots Spa Giveaway - T&C's

  1. This competition is UK only to anyone aged 18＋except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

  2. Closes at 11:59pm BST, Tuesday 26th August 2025. 

  3. One person will win a Spa Day for 2 at The Lanesborough Club & Spa. Must have purchased any Flo Period Care at Boots online and in-store excluding Flo Pads + Daily Liner Trial Pack. 

  4. Only receipts dated from 30th July 2025 to 26th August 2025 will be considered valid for entry. Submissions outside this period will not be eligible.

  5. By submitting your receipt, you are consenting to Here We Flo contacting you.

  6. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the competition closing via email from win@hereweflo.co ONLY. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited to another person.

  7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives available will be offered. The prize is non transferrable. This promotion is not promoted by Boots.

  8.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, platform or server failure of any kind.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

  10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers including the Supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

  15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
